Depending on the problem with your computer it may take more than 24h for us to bring the computer back to you. In cases where we have to special order parts that we don't keep in stock, the repair may take up to 10 days.

We don't charge a trip fee. During our visit we run diagnostics on the computer to find the problem. If you decide not to fix the computer we require a $45 fee for the time spent running diagnostics. If you decide to fix it, only service charges will apply. Prices may vary and can be changed at any time. PC Repair on Call is not responsible for changed prices that are not updated on this web site.

PC Repair on call is not responsible for failure or malfunction of any parts inside and outside of the computer during and after the repairing process due to a possibility of a faulty part or a computer. PC Repair on Call is not responsible for any and all electrical or technical problems that may occur during and after the repair process due the possibility of a prior poor condition of electrical circuit or a faulty computer part and/or a computer.
